It was perched high in a tree just off Rte. 4 near Dover Point on the southbound lane. The size struck me first, I clearly saw the beak, and the breast looked white, but it was facing the sun...could have been grey. I saw the Kites many times over the summer, especially during nesting and was there when he first left the nest.
